The legal framework requirements for a valid English Will and a valid Islamic Will are identical as all Wills must follow the law of the land to be legally valid and binding. The key difference is in the content, where an English/Welsh Will is following one's own personal interests and wishes, it should be noted that an Islamic Will or any other faith based Will is seeking to adhere to the religious post-death wishes of the individual, as such it is important to have an expert qualified in both Islamic Law and English Law to ensure all aspects are discussed, advised upon and incorporated in the correct legal manner within the Will itself.
